what to wear

Dressing for a spin class is easy....just be comfortable. It really requires no specialty items, but you will work up a sweat during class and will feel better in a short-sleeved or sleeveless top made of a fabric that will wick away moisture and keep you cool. Pair with well fitting shorts or biking pants.

A hard sole athetic shoe should must be worn to class.  Cycling shoes will allow you to clip into the pedals to improve the form of your pedal stroke. They will also decrease foot fatigue. Biking shoes that have recessed cleat or SPD (Shimano Pedal Design) will work with our bike pedals. Cycle shoes will be provided on a first come basis depending on the availibility of your size. We will continue to increase our stock in an effort to meet the needs of all our clients. Please be sure to bring appropriate shoes to class in the event we can not accommodate your shoe size.

A heart rate monitor is one of the best tools to have in spin class to help you with your training. It is the best way to assess how effectively you are working but is not mandatory for class.

reserving a bike

You must first purchase a class series or membership before using the online reservation system. Reservations may be made online up to one hour prior to class or by calling the studio directly at 404.209.7656. Please call 48 hours in advance. Click here to get started online. If a class is without reservations up to one hour prior to its start time, that class may be cancelled without additional notice.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, you must cancel your reservation 24 hours prior to the time you are scheduled. Once you have removed yourself from a class timely, the class is returned to your account to be used at a later date . Refunds are not given and same day cancellations are not permitted. If you do not cancel your reservation timely, the class will be deducted from your series. You may cancel online or by calling the studio 24 hours in advance.

If you are unable to reserve a bike because the class is full, please be sure to add yourself to the waitlist. Should a bike become available, you will be added to the class in the order you appeared on the waitlist. This can happen up to two hours before the start of class, so if you no longer want a bike, you must remove yourself from the waitlist. Once you are added to a class, you will not be able to cancel without penalty unless you do so 24 hours prior to the start of class.

If you do not get into a class from the waitlist, the reservation will be returned to your series to be used at a later time. You will receive an email confirmation and/or phone call once added to a class from the waitlist. Be sure to keep your contact information updated so that we may communicate with you. Switching classes is not allowed unless you follow the steps above for cancellations and reservations. If you sign up for two classes, you will be charged for two classes.

Refunds on class series, membership or workshop purchases are not given.
